All of us have times of grief and sorrow, sometimes personal, sometimes hungering for righteousness in the world,
sometimes recent, sometimes long past but still remembered.

And we all remember people no longer with us who have loved us and whom we have loved.

The Service of Solace is a time to bring our memories, our sorrows, our deep feelings before God.

We will share Holy Communion and have a time of quiet when if we wish, we can light a candle.
